Mark W. Eves, PC
Mark W. Eves has been practicing law for approximately 40 years. He has extensive experience in business and real estate transactions throughout the United States and abroad. Today his practice consists of business and real estate transactions to the extent of approximately 65%, and estate planning to the extent of approximately 35%. A significant part of the business and real estate practice has involved mergers, acquisitions, and sales. In addition, his practice has included the creation and maintenance of hundreds of profit and nonprofit entities. He is a member of the Oregon and Nebraska Bar Associations.
Mark W. Eves was born in Omaha, Nebraska. He was raised in Nebraska and Iowa. He is married and has one daughter. After graduating from Creighton University Law School in 1974, he worked in Washington, D.C. for 5 years. He moved to Oregon in 1980. In 1983 he formed his own law firm.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Eves volunteers significant amounts of time to nonprofit organizations such as The Salvation Army. He currently sits on the board of directors of several nonprofit organizations. He is also engaged in extensive amounts of research and writing in the field of theoretical physics.
